MTX Connect S.à r.l. is pleased to announce the launch of a public consultation over its RIO for wholesale voice call termination and interconnection services provided at fixed and mobile networks. The consultation period lasts from 22 April 2021 until 22 May 2021.

All interested parties are welcome to provide their comments and queries regarding the subject of RIO proposed for consultation by 20 May 2021 at the following addresses:

• by email to consultations@mtxc.eu; or
• by post to: MTX Connect S.à r.l., 37 Grand Rue, L-4393 Pontpierre, Luxembourg,

by indicating “Reference Interconnect Offer” as a subject of communication.

All considerations received by 22 May 2021 will be published on MTX Connect S.à r.l. website. In this regard, the respondent is strongly advised to explicitly identify any sensitive information of confidentiality nature contained in his/her observation so it will not be made public on MTX Connect S.à r.l. website. All contributions made during the public consultation period will be disclosed to Luxembourg Regulatory Institute in full (of both, public and confidential nature).
