Dubai - April 19th, 2018 - Twice a year The Wholesale Agreements and Solutions Group (WAS), a working group within the GSMA, leads the most important gathering for all mobile carriers — GSMA WAS event. It is a great place to discuss all issues related to roaming and interconnect.
